Keeping archr welcoming

archr includes club feeds, comments, replies, GIFs, profile details and uploaded images, and many users are juniors. These guidelines say what is expected. They sit alongside the Terms of Use, which remain the binding rules.

What is not allowed

  • Anything unlawful, including threats, incitement to violence or hatred, and any sexual content involving or aimed at children.
  • Bullying, harassment, abuse or targeting of another person, including on grounds such as age, sex, disability, race, religion or sexuality.
  • Sexual or graphic content, and content that encourages dangerous or unlawful use of archery equipment.
  • Sharing someone else's private information, or photos of a junior without the permission of their parent or guardian.
  • Pretending to be another person or club, spam, scams and misleading or deliberately false scores or records.
  • Uploading malicious files or trying to access accounts or data that are not yours.

How to report something

On a post, comment or reply written by someone else, use the flag button (Report this post, comment or reply), pick a reason and send it. Your club admin and the archr team can see the report. The person who wrote the content is never told who reported it.

You can also tell us through Contact Us or email rohit123@me.com, which is the way to report a profile or anything else without a flag button. Include a link to the post or profile, the club it is in, and what the problem is. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services first. Concerns about a child's welfare in a club can also go to the club's welfare officer, and see Safeguarding.

You can also tell your club admin, who can remove content within their own club.

What happens next

Reports made with the flag button reach club admins for that club and the archr team. We also get an email, marked urgent for reports about a child's safety or something unlawful, and we review every report. Where content breaks these guidelines or the Terms, archr may remove it, correct or reverse affected records, restrict features, or suspend or end access, and may report unlawful content to the authorities. Where appropriate, the person concerned is told and given the chance to respond.

If you disagree with a decision about your content or account, reply to the message you received or write to rohit123@me.com explaining why, and the decision will be looked at again. You can also make a complaint using the same route.
