How archr handles account, score, club, coaching, billing, and support information.
Last updated 12 July 2026 · version 2026-07-12
Who is responsible
archr is operated by Miss Rohit Ravichandran, who is the data controller for the platform. Clubs may also be separate controllers for member information they choose to add or manage through archr.
Email: rohit123@me.com

Information and sources
We collect only information used to provide and protect archr:
- account and profile details, including name, email, date of birth, pronouns, Archery GB number, bowstyle, category, experience, avatar, club memberships, roles, and preferences
- scores, arrow values, classifications, handicaps, personal bests, club records, scoresheets, target images, live-scoring drafts, and head-to-head results
- club activity such as posts, comments, likes, sessions, tournament signups, coaching notes, performance check-ins, trophies, and admin actions
- billing status and payment-provider identifiers; archr does not receive or store full card details
- support messages, security events, approximate network identifiers, device/browser details, and diagnostic logs
Information comes from you, authorised club admins or coaches, other participants in shared scoring, and service providers such as Stripe, RevenueCat, Apple, and Google.
Why we use it
- Contract: to create accounts, save and calculate scores, run club features, provide subscriptions, and respond to service requests.
- Legitimate interests: to secure the service, prevent abuse, diagnose faults, improve reliability, and support users, where those interests do not override your rights.
- Legal obligations: to keep required transaction records, respond to lawful requests, and establish or defend legal claims.
- Consent: only where archr specifically asks for an optional use. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Handicap, classification, personal-best, and record calculations are product calculations. archr does not make solely automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on users.
Visibility and junior archers
Profile names, scores, records, posts, comments, signups, and badges can be visible to active members of the same club. Admins can access information needed to manage membership and billing; authorised coaches can access assigned performance information. Email, date of birth, payment identifiers, and account-security data are not public profile fields.
A user can hide future score posts from the club feed in Settings. This does not remove a score from their own history or from a valid club record calculation. Content deliberately submitted to a shared club workflow remains visible to the people involved in that workflow.
archr can be used by junior archers. A person creating an account must confirm that they are at least 13 or that a parent or guardian is creating or authorising the account. Parents and guardians can use Contact Us to exercise a junior user's rights or ask for privacy settings to be reviewed.
Service providers and transfers
archr uses the following provider categories:
- Cloudflare for the public production site, D1 database, security, rate limiting, and operational logs
- Vercel and Supabase for the separately operated test version, including hosting, authentication, database, and legacy media
- Cloudinary for avatars, scoresheets, and submitted images
- Stripe for website subscriptions, and RevenueCat, Apple, and Google for mobile-app subscriptions
- ZeptoMail for account, billing, and support email
- KLIPY only when someone searches for or selects a GIF in a comment
- Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights on the Vercel test version
Providers process information under their own security and privacy terms. Some processing can take place outside the UK. Where required, archr relies on adequacy decisions or provider contractual safeguards designed for international transfers. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party targeted advertising.
How long information is kept
- Account, score, club, coaching, and uploaded content is kept while the account or relevant club record is active, unless it is deleted sooner.
- Account deletion removes the active account and associated content. Limited backups, provider logs, transaction records, or records needed for fraud prevention and legal claims can remain until their normal security, backup, or legal retention period ends.
- Billing and transaction records are retained for the period required by tax, accounting, consumer-protection, and legal obligations.
- Support messages are normally retained until the request is resolved and then only as long as needed for follow-up, security, or legal records.
- Short-lived login, verification, reset, rate-limit, and diagnostic data expires or is cleaned up according to its security purpose.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law gives you rights to be informed, access a copy, correct information, request deletion or restriction, object to some processing, receive portable data, and withdraw consent. You can edit common profile settings, export scores, and delete your account in archr.
Use Contact Us for any other request. We may need to verify identity. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Questions and changes
Privacy questions can be sent to rohit123@me.com or through Contact Us. Include the account email and enough detail to identify the relevant club or content.
This policy may change when archr's features, providers, or legal duties change. Material changes will be shown in the product or communicated using the account email where appropriate.
