About these terms

These terms form the agreement between you and Miss Rohit Ravichandran for use of archr. By creating an account or continuing to use archr, you agree to the current terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

Accounts and junior users

Account information must be accurate and kept up to date. Keep login details secure and tell archr promptly if an account may have been compromised. Do not access another person's account, club, admin area, or private information without authority.

A user creating an account must be at least 13, or a parent or guardian must create or authorise the account for a junior archer. The parent or guardian is responsible for supervising use and subscription purchases where applicable.

The archr service

archr provides score recording, calculations, profiles, club feeds, records, signups, coaching, performance tools, exports, and related features. Calculated handicaps, classifications, records, and bests depend on the data supplied and the rules implemented in the product. Users and clubs remain responsible for checking results before relying on them for official competition or governance decisions.

archr is not a safety, emergency, medical, safeguarding, or official governing-body service. Clubs remain responsible for range safety, safeguarding, event rules, eligibility, insurance, and legal duties.

Club admins and coaches

Club admins must grant roles only to authorised people, keep membership access current, protect join codes, and use member contact, score, signup, and performance information only for legitimate club purposes. Clubs must provide any notices and permissions they separately need when adding or managing member data.

Coaching and performance notes should be relevant, respectful, and limited to people who need them. Do not use archr to store medical, safeguarding, or other highly sensitive information unless the club has independently established a lawful and secure process.

Scores, comments, and uploads

You remain responsible for content you submit and confirm that you have permission to submit it. Do not upload unlawful, abusive, misleading, private, malicious, infringing, or unsafe content.

You give archr a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, copy, resize, calculate from, and display submitted content only as needed to operate, secure, back up, and improve the service. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except for limited backups, legal records, and content another user independently owns or submitted.

archr may correct calculations, remove content, reverse records, or restrict access where reasonably needed to enforce these terms, protect users, comply with law, or preserve service integrity.

Prices and recurring subscriptions

Website plans currently offered are:

  • individual account: £10 each year
  • club account: £10 each month
  • club account: £20 every three months
  • club account: £50 each year

The total price and billing interval are shown again before payment. A subscription starts when payment is confirmed and renews automatically at the same interval until cancelled. There is no minimum term beyond the paid billing period and no separate cancellation fee. Price changes apply only after reasonable advance notice and do not alter a period already paid for.

Website payments are processed by Stripe. Mobile-app prices may differ and are the prices shown by Apple or Google at purchase. Store-billed subscriptions are also subject to the relevant store's payment and refund terms. Full card details are handled by the payment provider, not stored by archr.

Cancellation and refunds

You can stop renewal at any time. Website subscriptions can be cancelled from Settings or the club Admin billing area and normally remain active until the paid period ends. App Store and Google Play subscriptions must be cancelled in the relevant store subscription settings. Deleting an account does not itself cancel an Apple or Google subscription.

Consumers may have a statutory 14-day right to cancel a new distance contract. By asking for access immediately after payment, you request that the service starts during that period. Where the law permits, a refund may be reduced to reflect service already supplied. Nothing in these terms limits statutory cancellation, refund, or quality rights.

To exercise a cancellation or refund right, use Contact Us and state: your name, account email, subscription type, purchase date, payment provider, and that you wish to cancel. A clear statement is enough; no reason is required where a statutory right applies.

Availability and changes

archr aims to provide a reliable service but cannot promise that every feature will always be uninterrupted or error free. Maintenance, security incidents, internet failures, payment providers, app stores, and hosting services can affect availability. Reasonable steps will be taken to restore service and protect data.

Features may change to improve archr, comply with law, address security, or retire unsupported functions. Material changes affecting a paid service will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.

Suspension and ending access

archr may suspend or end access where a user materially breaches these terms, creates a security risk, abuses other users, avoids payment, or where access must be restricted by law. Where appropriate, archr will give notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.

You can delete your account in Settings. A sole club admin must first appoint another admin so the club and its members are not abandoned. Export information you need before deletion.

Responsibility and liability

archr is responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of breaching these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. archr is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate user data, unauthorised club actions, misuse, third-party outages, or events outside reasonable control, except where law says otherwise.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers can also rely on mandatory rights and bring claims in the courts that apply where they live. Please contact archr first so a problem can be investigated and resolved promptly.

Privacy and updates

The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. These terms may be updated when the service or law changes. Material changes will be communicated in the product or by email where appropriate, and a new acceptance may be requested.
